Anne Pulis-Tappouni, Ph.D., MAI
Annie Tappouni is a third-generation Bend resident who has gained over 20 years of appraisal experience spanning the length of the West Coast, from Puget Sound to southern California.  She founded Farewell Bend Appraisal in 2015, and provides narrative, regulatory compliant appraisals to a diverse range of discriminating clients throughout the state of Oregon and beyond.  Her expertise includes valuation for eminent domain proceedings, estates/probate matters, conservation, trial testimony and litigation support, market and cost analysis for lease arbitration, aviation properties, leaseholds and other fractional interests, and forensic real property investigations.  She has appraised properties of all types including commercial, residential, agricultural land, transit corridors, public parks, open space and historic properties.

Markets covered include all counties in the state of Oregon, western Idaho and southern Washington.  Assignments include appraisals for transporation improvements, corridor valuation, subsurface easements, conservation easements as well as assignments involving aviation properties, estate/probate matters, forensic research, expert testimony and litigation support.


Mason & Mason Inc., Los Angeles, CA.  2008 - 2015 
Markets covered included Los Angeles, Kern, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.  Projects included research and consulting on the valuation of horizontal  subsurface easements, appraisals for transmission line corridor acquisistions, flood control easements, conservation acquisistions, inverse condemnation, forensic analysis for arbitration and other legal proceedings, litigation support and appraisal reviews.

McKee & Schalka Inc.,  Seattle, WA.  2002 – 2008
Markets covered included the Seattle Metropolitan area, greater Washington State and Oregon - both mortgage and eminent domain assignments.  Clients included state and local municipalities, individual owners and investors, developers, lenders, private trusts and REITs.
